How I work
I design CRM workflows from the first interaction through to the result. That includes deciding which steps to automate and how people can review or change the outcome.
At Microsoft, J.P. Morgan, Deloitte and earlier teams, I’ve worked on products people use to carry out detailed, often demanding tasks.
