I makecomplexproductseasierto use.

I'm Diptava Ghosh, a Senior UX Designer at Microsoft. I design products around how people work, with clear paths through complex decisions.

Case studies

How I design for AI and human decisions.

Four case studies across CRM intelligence, campaign planning, hospitality operations, and enterprise setup.

Review suggested CRM changes alongside the emails and meetings they came from.

Build a campaign with specialist AI agents, then review the audience, content and outreach before launch.

Guide administrators through CRM setup, with prerequisite checks and review points for permissions.

Coordinate hotel operations around guest needs, with routine updates handled by agents and exceptions reviewed by staff.
